Before joining Wil-Ro, Inc. as a Finance Administrator, Kristen spent 8 years as a Mortgage Loan Processor at a national mortgage company, bringing her total loan experience to 17 years. In this role, she collaborated with clients and colleagues to streamline the loan process, ensuring efficient and personalized service. Kristen’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage complex transactions seamlessly transitioned into her role at Wil-Ro. Her experience in building strong client relationships and problem-solving now supports her efforts to optimize business operations and contribute to the company’s continued success.
Kristen earned her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Proudly rooted in her hometown of Hendersonville, TN, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching her two children thrive on the softball and baseball field.
